The session will be a guided tour of the new Intermediate Track Table 14 Costs following the change on 6th April when the all-important Intermediate Track Costs provisions set out in Table 14 were amended.
Professor Regan who advised Lord Justice Jackson on Fixed Recoverable Costs will also discuss the operation of these measure, including the anomaly at Stage 1.
