The session covers identifying vulnerable clients, catering to their needs, current rules, investment risks, and a real-life case of supporting them through litigation and settlement.
In the training, we will cover what defines a ‘vulnerable client’, who the key vulnerable groups are, and how you can cater for them fairly and effectively. We will take you through the latest rules and policies and show you how to recognise your clients’ needs and understand their mindset at various stages of settlement. The team will also explore the important relationship between risk and reward when investing for vulnerable clients and take you through a real-life case study where a vulnerable client has been supported through the later stages of litigation and into life after settlement.
