Bronwen Davies has been a Case Manager and Quality Manager at N-Able Services since 2005, with over 30 years’ experience in healthcare and rehabilitation. She specialises in Initial Needs Assessments and Case Management for clients with brain injury, spinal injury, and complex neurological conditions, and is known for her skill in supporting families through the challenges of catastrophic injury.

A registered nurse and qualified counsellor, Bronwen is an Advanced Member of BABICM and a member of CMSUK. She leads multi-disciplinary rehabilitation teams, supervises support staff, and has held Registered Manager roles with both the CQC and Care Inspectorate Wales. Bronwen also volunteers with Cruse Bereavement Support, maintaining a strong commitment to compassionate care and ongoing professional development.
