This webinar will explore the vital role PPOs play in providing long-term financial security in complex cases. PPOs offer a structured settlement option, allowing claimants to receive part of their damages as regular, tax-free, index-linked instalments instead of a lump sum. This approach provides a steady income for life, reduces investment risk, and ensures lasting financial stability.
We’ll also cover the updated Discount Rate and its impact on settlement structure decisions, offering valuable insights into how it influences financial planning for claimants.
With over 30 years of expertise, Frenkel Topping has been at the forefront of this field, playing a key role in the first structured settlement in British legal history—Kelly v Dawes (1989). Join us to gain expert insights, discuss best practices, and understand how PPOs can provide lasting financial security for claimants.
